Camp Country Lad is located on 1400 acres on the Cumberland Plateau , a unique geological area known for its rich wildlife, warm summer days and cool nights. Numerous creeks and steams feed into the 25 acre lake, where the boys enjoy swimming, boating, sailing and fishing.
All the buildings at Country Lad are pioneer-era structures moved to Camp by “Mr. Malcolm” from surrounding Tennessee farms. These rustic, one-of-a-kind buildings make Country Lad a unique place. Some of the buildings and cabins, named after trees in the area, are shown below:
